Payment Processing: We use Square software for payroll and hours tracking. All payments are processed securely.

Equipment Brands We Use:

Cleaning Products: Agar, Citrus Resources (non-toxic), Viraclean, Diversey (TGA-approved disinfectants), Koala Eco (plant-based)

Equipment: Pacvac/Nilfisk vacuums (HEPA filters), Tennant floor scrubbers, Dupray steam cleaners

Maintenance: All equipment inspected every 6 months for quality assurance

Training Platform: All training modules are completed through our Bright HR platform with mandatory completion for all staff members.

Phase 1: Basic Training (Week 1)

WHS Policy, Infection Control, Chemical Handling, Equipment Operation

Phase 2: Specialized Training (Week 2)

Property-specific protocols (Schools, Aged Care, Hospitals, Commercial)

Phase 3: On-Site Assessment (Week 3)

Practical assessment with supervisor, quality standards verification

Phase 4: Full Deployment

Independent work assignment, ongoing support and development

  • All employment is subject to satisfactory completion of police checks and reference verification
  • Training completion through Bright HR platform is mandatory before deployment
  • All staff must maintain current certifications and comply with WHS regulations

  • 72-hour satisfaction guarantee applies to all cleaning services
  • Staff are covered by $20M public liability and NSW workers compensation insurance
